Thoughts on health preservation of traditional Chinese medicine
The theory of TCM health preservation comes from the philosophy of ancient Taoism in China —— applying law to nature and returning to nature. Laozi, the originator of Taoism, said that Tao is the core of Laozi's ideological system.

Tao Te Ching said: "Life two, life two, life three, life three. Everything is negative and holds yang, thinking that it is harmonious. "

Huai Nan Zi Yuan Dao says, "Tao gives birth to one and gives birth to two", in which "one" refers to the general term of cosmic qi and "two" refers to yin and yang.

Neijing says that "Yin and Yang are the Tao, Yin and Yang are diseases" and "Yin and Yang are the Tao of heaven and earth".

"Miao Zhenjing" says: "People often lose their way, and non-Tao loses people; People often die, but they don't. Therefore, people who stay healthy should be careful not to get lost; For the Tao, be careful not to lose your life, so that Tao and life are together, and life and Tao protect each other. " Tao is equivalent to "natural law" or "natural law" in modern philosophical terminology. It shows the evolution of everything in the universe and contains simple dialectical thoughts. So it must be observed. Human evolution only knows how to follow the Tao when adapting to and transforming nature, and has long warned the world how to "preserve health" and "protect each other". The two are interrelated and mutually utilized.

The earliest classic of traditional Chinese medicine, Huangdi Neijing, records: "Ancient people, those who know, learn Yin and Yang, and the tricks of counting, eat moderately, live regularly, and don't move rashly, so they can be in harmony with God, and they will reach the end of the day." Otherwise, people nowadays take wine as their pulp, do whatever they want, get drunk, try their best to exhaust their essence and dissipate their truth, and don't know how to hold it full. From time to time, they will be quick, go against the joy of life, and live uncontrollably, so they will fail in half a century. " This is an ancient rule of keeping in good health.
