Shen Shou's silent pen keeps plowing books.
17 years ago, the playwright Mr. Sun Yangfang published the article "Xiao Lou Speaking Boxing-An Interview with Shen Shou, a member of Ningbo Wushu Association" in the first issue of China Wushu 1987, in which he said, "He is a scholar among boxers" and a boxer among literati. It shows that the playwright's observation of characters is unique.

As early as a teenager, Shen Shou wrote new poems, essays and cartoons under the pseudonym of "Chonghong", which were published in the supplements of Republic of China Daily, News and Yinqian Daily. In my youth, I also wrote some articles on literature, sports and martial arts under the pseudonyms of Han Quan, Lao Ji, SHEN WOO and Lao Rou. After middle age, I usually only write articles under the pseudonym of Shen Shou. The reason is that he retired early because of disability and illness. At that time, only by adhering to the way of keeping in good health and constantly fighting diseases could we make more contributions. Otherwise, the pen name "Shenshou" is closely related to Tai Ji Chuan, Qigong, Guidance and other works.

In Shen Shou's life, amateur writing never stopped. After retiring, he not only engaged in public welfare activities and promoted Yang-style Tai Ji Chuan, but also used his spare time after teaching to write and write books silently. His main academic achievement is that over the past decades, he has published more than 300 articles in various national journals such as sports, martial arts, qigong, cultural relics, medicine and medical history, totaling more than 6.5438+0 million words. Shen Shou's articles not only have a great influence in domestic academic circles, but also cause a sensation in the world.

His works have been published as follows:

Research on Tai Ji Chuan Law (First Edition 1984)

Question and Answer of Tai Ji Chuan Pushing Hands (1986)

Selected Tactics of Shenshou Boxing (1986)

Illustration of health and wellness guidance (1992)

Atlas of hundred methods of health preservation (1994)

Tai Chi Chuan Tan (1997) (Exhibition Press 1998)

Question and Answer of Tai Ji Chuan Pushing Hands (1997)

In addition to the above seven kinds, there are Shen Shou's Tai Ji Chuan Spectrum and Tai Ji Chuan's classic theory (14 volumes of traditional Chinese characters).

This book was approved by Chinese Wushu Association and listed as "China Wushu Library"? Department of Ancient Books, first published in1991; 1995 republished as an excellent book.

As for the compilation and publication of "Divine Grant"? Collected Works of Taiji Biography (4 volumes), of which Volume 3, Detailed Explanation of Taiji Biography, is his masterpiece after the ancient years. Other volumes were not only revised, but also supplemented.

His articles on guidance and qigong have been included in General Medical Fitness Law (People's Sports Publishing House 1982), Fitness Consultant for Middle-aged and Old People (People's Sports Publishing House 1983), Medical Knowledge Collection (Hunan Science and Technology Publishing House 1983) and other books.

More than 20 years ago, Shen Shou said to visiting journalist Mr. Chen, "I am an old man over 500 years old, so I will compile the knowledge I have learned all my life, such as martial arts, guiding and qigong, and contribute it to the people and pass it on to future generations. Today, he has basically fulfilled his promise.
