Production method: 1. 2. Pour the cleaned mulberry into a high-speed blender, then pour a little water, and select the juicing function to beat for one minute. If the capacity of the high-speed mixer is small, beat four times and pour all the mulberry juice into the non-stick pan.
4. Put the jujube and medlar into a large bowl, add a spoonful of flour and a spoonful of baking soda, then pour in a proper amount of water, wash the jujube and medlar by hand, take them out after washing, and then wash them twice with flowing water.
5. Cut the red dates into small pieces with scissors, then remove the core, then pour the cut red dates and medlar into a high-speed blender, and select the juicing function for pulping.
6. Pour the beaten red dates and medlar mud into the mulberry mud, stir well, and then boil over high heat. There is a lot of water in the early stage, so it should be stirred from time to time.
7. Add appropriate amount of lemon juice after boiling. Adding lemon juice can adjust the taste and prolong the shelf life.
8. This is a state of boiling for 50 minutes. There is less water in mulberries, and there are many small bubbles. At this point, pour in the rock sugar, then turn off the heat and keep stirring.
9. Turn off the heat when stirring to a viscous state.
10. Let it cool a little, then put it in a sealed can without water or oil, and take it as you eat. You can do a little more at a time, and it won't break for a year.
