Cliff chrysanthemum generally uses Xiao Ju varieties with many branches, soft branches and dense flowers. After planting, insert one bent bamboo piece into the pot, and fix the other end on the frame to make the plant grow at an angle of 45 with the ground along the bamboo piece, and tie it every 7 ~ 13cm.

Let the main branches grow, and leave 2 ~ 3 leaves on the side branches for coring, so as to promote more branches. The last coring shall be carried out 3 ~ 10 days before beginning of autumn. The flowering habit of Xiao Ju is that the top opens first, and then opens downwards in turn. In order to ensure consistent flowering, the lower part is cored first, and then the lower part and the upper part are once every 3-4 days. Because cliff chrysanthemum plants grow up, they need more water and fertilizer, and they should be fully supplied.
