Pay attention to the five zang-organs
Gan Ping 1
Professor Deng Tietao pointed out that hypertension is caused by liver disorder, manifested as hyperactivity of liver yang, yin deficiency of liver and kidney, deficiency of both yin and yang, qi deficiency and phlegm turbidity. The main symptoms are dizziness, headache, irritability, insomnia and dreaminess. Clinical treatments are mainly Shisui Muli Decoction, Shen Lian Decoction, Bushen Liver and Kidney Decoction and Zhejue Qiwei Decoction, supplemented by foot bath prescriptions.
Professor Tung Chee-hwa suggested that the main cause of hypertension is calming the liver and suppressing yang. Don't forget to clear liver and purge fire, soothe liver and reduce adverse reactions. Gastrodia elata, Radix Rehmanniae, antelope horn powder (for oral administration), dry stool, Pinellia ternata and hypochondriac swelling and pain should be added to patients with dizziness.
Professor Fang Heqian pointed out that the liver should be spring wood, and depression will lead to wind, qi and blood, wind phlegm and dizziness. To treat all kinds of hypertension, Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Erchen Decoction is often used.
2. Kidney
Professor Zhang Qi suggested that the reason of dizziness is that kidney water is difficult to moisten the liver, and the liver is depressed and irritable. When the fire of the dragon thunder hits the whole body and rises to the top, it can cause dizziness. It is advisable to tonify kidney water, less fire, control fire with water, and fire will return to kidney palace. Vertigo, tinnitus, blurred vision and soreness of waist and knees are its symptoms. Vertigo caused by kidney deficiency is often divided into three types: kidney yin deficiency, kidney yang deficiency and kidney yin and yang deficiency. Based on syndrome differentiation, Zuogui Pill, Gui You Pill and Dihuang Yinzi were used to treat vertigo, and kidney-tonifying drugs such as Polygonum Multiflori Radix, Semen Cuscutae and Eucommiae Cortex were added.
Professor Li Jiren pointed out that deficiency of liver blood and kidney essence leads to dizziness, and kidney yin does not nourish liver wood, which leads to deficiency of liver yin and hyperactivity of liver yang, while liver yang moves wildly and sucks kidney yin down, which leads to deficiency of kidney yin. Professor Li Jiren often uses Pingqian Jiangya Decoction and Nourishing Jiangya Decoction to treat hypertension. Magnetite, mother of pearl, gastrodia elata, Uncaria rhynchophylla, Achyranthes bidentata and other antihypertensive drugs are often added to achieve the effect of lowering blood pressure.
Step 3 nourish the heart
Professor Zhou Zhongying believes that hypertension is mainly caused by the liver, but the five internal organs interact with each other, which is closely related to the heart. In the early stage, the liver was dominant, and then it was the same as the heart. The main manifestations are hyperactivity of heart and liver yang and yin deficiency of liver and kidney (heart), which interact and influence each other. Headache, head swelling or acupuncture are mainly caused by qi-blood imbalance. Clinically, self-made prescriptions for regulating qi and blood are often used for syndrome differentiation and treatment, including salvia miltiorrhiza, ochre, clematis, Ligusticum chuanxiong, Achyranthes bidentata, Cirsium japonicum, Sophora japonica, earthworm and so on. Dizziness plus tribulus terrestris; Gegenqiang urgently added his neck; Chest distress and chest pain plus trichosanthin; Adding Caulis Spatholobi and Carthami Flos to limbs; Radix Bupleuri and Radix Curcumae are added for chest and hypochondriac pain; Women with irregular menstruation, motherwort.
Step 4 strengthen the spleen
Professor Li Zhenhua pointed out that spleen deficiency leads to deficiency of qi and blood biochemistry, which makes it difficult to clear the orifices and leads to dizziness. Li Lao emphasized the therapeutic principle of "spleen should be healthy, liver should be sparse, and stomach should be harmonious", and did not forget the therapeutic principles of warming the middle warmer, strengthening the spleen, harmonizing the stomach and lowering the adverse flow. Vertigo is often accompanied by dizziness, shortness of breath, fatigue, yellow complexion, loss of appetite and other symptoms, so Li Lao often uses the method of invigorating qi and spleen, and often treats it with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.
Professor He Ren pointed out that nine times out of ten patients with vertigo are addicted to fat and sweetness, full of hunger or mental fatigue, and their temper is damaged. Shui Gu is difficult to be subtle, and it is difficult to clear yang, turbid yin and dizziness. The professor emphasized that strengthening the spleen and regulating the stomach is the basis for treating vertigo. Another sage, Wang said, "It is also right to nourish Yangming and drive away Jue Yin."
5. Buffy
Professor Ren Jixue once said that if the lungs are full of qi, the qi will rise and fall harmoniously and the blood will run smoothly. If the lung qi deficiency is weak and can't help the heart circulate blood, then the heart blood is not running smoothly, and qi and blood can't be superior to the brain, so dizziness occurs. Most of the symptoms at this time are shortness of breath, fatigue, chest tightness, dyspnea and mental drowsiness. At the same time, drugs for invigorating lung qi should be added as appropriate, such as Ophiopogon japonicus, Platycodon grandiflorum, Schisandra chinensis, Zi Yuan, Fritillaria thunbergii, etc. , so that the whole body is full of qi and the qi is comfortable.
For the sake of others
1, expelling wind
Professor Yan Dexin emphasized that wind can be divided into internal wind and external wind, as well as virtual and real wind. Hypertensive patients often see dizziness caused by liver yang turning to wind, which is manifested as irritability, insomnia, dreaminess, red face and bitter taste, slippery pulse, yellow and greasy tongue coating and so on. The liver is wind wood, the body yin is yang, the sex is rigid, the subject moves upward, the emotional stagnation turns the fire into wind, the wind and fire are fanned, and the phlegm interferes with the head, which is dizziness. Yan Lao added gastrodia elata and purple scallop teeth to the antelope; If the common cold is caused by exogenous pathogens, it will be dizzy at the top. Chuanxiong Chatiao Powder is treated with addition and subtraction, and insect drugs are added in the syndrome differentiation, which plays the role of searching wind and dredging collaterals. Clinical attention should be paid to the treatment of calming wind, dredging collaterals and removing blood stasis.
Step 2 eliminate phlegm
Professor Guo Ziguang pointed out: Vertigo is mostly caused by liver wind carrying phlegm and disturbing the orifices. If it is urgent, symptomatic treatment and dizziness are mostly effective. Professor Guo Ziguang treated vertigo with modified vertigo decoction. Xuanyun decoction consists of concha Haliotidis 35g, ochre 35g, Prunella vulgaris 30g, Pinellia ternata 15g, Alisma orientale 20g and Poria cocos 15g. 1dose/d, taken orally in 3-4 times. The first three herbs in the prescription are calming the liver and calming the wind, Pinellia ternata lowering the adverse flow and resolving phlegm, Alisma orientalis and Poria cocos promoting diuresis, which are beneficial to the descending of wind and phlegm and can cure the disease in seconds. Although the composition is simple, the curative effect is remarkable.
Professor Zhang pointed out that dizziness is mostly caused by phlegm-dampness internal heat and hyperactivity of liver yang. Tianma Banxia decoction and Wendan decoction are the main treatments, supplemented by drugs to calm the liver and suppress yang. Professor Zhang stressed that it is one of the characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment to treat vertigo with similar pathogenesis and the same treatment for different diseases.
Step 3 make up deficiency
Professor Zhang Xuewen believes that the spleen and stomach are the acquired foundation and the source of qi and blood biochemistry. Anxiety, fatigue and long-term illness can lead to spleen deficiency, spleen yang deficiency, blood deficiency, mental decline and dizziness. Professor Zhang pointed out that the use of dried ginger and licorice to treat deficiency of middle qi has remarkable clinical effect.
Professor Xu Jingshi believes that dizziness is a manifestation of insufficient vital qi. Clinical syndrome differentiation is often accompanied by deficiency and excess. The lower deficiency is the foundation, and the upper reality is the standard. Therefore, it is the basic principle to treat this disease by focusing on pictures and supplementing symptoms.
