Second, carbohydrates

Carbohydrate is what we often say about sugar. There are many kinds of sugar, so I won't go into details here. What we need to know is which sugar is easily absorbed by the body. For partners who reduce fat, the intake of carbohydrates needs to be controlled. We know that sugar that the body can't absorb will be converted into fat and accumulated in the body.

For muscle-building partners, increasing carbohydrate intake and supplementing energy after training is beneficial to muscle formation. Carbohydrates such as fruit are easily absorbed by the human body and can be ingested reasonably.

Third, fat.

Some people think that if you want to exercise, you should eat less fat. Of course, this is true for partners who reduce fat, but for some thin people, it is beneficial to supplement fat properly. After all, low body fat rate is not a healthy performance. Since fat is a part of the human body, it must have its meaning. Of course, these all refer to healthy fats. For example, avocados and salmon are relatively healthy unsaturated fats.

Fourth, water.

It is also important to replenish water during fitness. Water is a good thing to speed up the circulation in the body. Reasonable water supplement can fully metabolize the garbage in the body and delay aging, especially after aerobic exercise, we must pay attention to water intake to prevent the body from entering dehydration.

Another way to drink water during fitness is also particular. It is not advisable to drink water, especially cold water, after aerobic exercise, which will make the organs cool rapidly and is not good for the body. It is not advisable to drink plenty of water before exercise, which is not conducive to the development of exercise and will also cause physical discomfort.

Diet is an important link in the process of fitness. A reasonable diet will make our fitness process easier and help us develop good eating habits in our lives.
