Use it every night before going to bed and massage from bottom to top. Either way, the general direction is from the bottom up. You can also watch TV, take a bath and use it with skin care products. It takes about half an hour for each leg (that's what I do), and it will be effective if I persist for a long time. When in use, gently press the skin, moderately stimulate the skin and promote blood circulation.
