Common discomforts during exercise include: muscle soreness, muscle strain, low back pain, achilles tendinitis, ankle sprain and tibial pain. In order to avoid these discomforts, we can start with small amount of exercise, small amplitude and simple movements, so that the body can have an adaptation process; Gradually increase the amount and intensity of exercise to avoid sudden large-scale exercise; Strengthen the stretching and exercise of calf muscles; Fully exercise your ankles before exercise and wear ankle protectors; Cold compress should be applied first after injury, but rest should not exceed 1 day.
