How many times a day?
Do it as many times as you want, regardless of the limits of your body, but for your own health, I suggest you do it once a day and take a day or two off a week!

Fitness time is generally 9~ 1 1, 3.5~6 pm and 7~9 pm.

If you want to lose weight, warm up before exercise, then do strength training for 20~30 minutes, and then jog for about 40 minutes!

Want to grow muscles, practice equipment directly after warming up, and pay attention to diet to grow muscles!
