Elliptical machine training
Elliptical machine belongs to whole-body exercise, and can carry out partial weight-bearing training. By adjusting the resistance and slope, the heart rate can be quickly increased, thus achieving the purpose of aerobic training. It can also be provided to change or remove the handle to exercise different muscles and consume calories more effectively. It can simulate running and mountain climbing, and most elliptical machines control the exercise intensity through resistance and slope adjustment.
Take an exerciser weighing 60 kg as an example. The elliptical machine moves at a slightly intense intensity 1 hour, and consumes about 480 calories. In addition, elliptical machine training can not only prevent, reduce and relieve cervical spondylosis, scapulohumeral periarthritis and upper back pain, but also avoid the impact generated during running and better protect joints.
In addition, elliptical exercise and stimulation of sciatic nerve can enhance the endurance and strength of waist muscles, and achieve the effect of body shaping by stimulating buttocks, thighs, side waist and lower abdomen.
First, the basic knowledge of elliptical machine
1. Elliptical machine is the least harmful to human joints and knees among aerobic equipment, but it is also weak in exercise and fat reduction.
2. The trajectory of elliptical machine is fixed, usually elliptical, so it belongs to passive motion.
3. The most easily overlooked important steps in the use of elliptical machine: inputting personal information, selecting sports, adjusting resistance, adjusting slope, changing handle or getting rid of it.
