I always keep healthy. I ran ten years ago, played badminton four years ago, and changed gyms a year ago. If there are changes, of course there are, such as losing weight, having more friends, getting better physical examination parameters and sleeping better. If the biggest change is that I have broadened my social contacts and made many friends that were difficult to make before. For example, I met the boss of a logistics company, became friends with the deputy director of a community, and became friends with a friend who is worth hundreds of millions. After playing games, I talked with these people about finance, stock trading and investment, and learned a lot, which was hard to imagine before. This is my personal experience.
