Fitness is a spiraling process.

Through exercise, qi and blood are disturbed, but because the body is not unobstructed, the disturbed qi and blood cannot run smoothly, which interferes with sleep and makes people dream more. After practicing for a period of time, the triple energizer will be smooth, and the disturbed qi and blood can be pushed out smoothly, forming a virtuous circle and making you sleep soundly. This is what the Tao Te Ching says: "If Ming Dow is ignorant, if he retreats, if he retreats, if he is ignorant, he is ignorant."
