Article 117 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) commits the crime of destroying traffic facilities, destroying tracks, bridges, tunnels, highways, airports, navigation channels, lighthouses, signs or other destructive activities, which are enough to overturn and destroy trains, cars, trams, ships and aircraft, but have not caused serious consequences, and shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years.
