(1) Non-disease treatment
1, various cosmetic and plastic surgery projects: such as skin pigmentation, acne treatment without cyst formation or abscess on the skin surface, and rosacea treatment; Treatment and removal of benign skin lesions (freckles, senile plaques, moles, warts, etc.). ) does not show suspicious cell behavior (such as recent changes in size, shape and color); Treatment or operation of superficial varicose veins, spider veins, scars other than keloids, tattoo removal and skin discoloration; Laser beauty, wrinkle removal, eye bags removal, double eyelids, treatment of white hair, baldness, hair loss, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation and other expenses;
2. Surgery, examination and treatment of various orthopedic and physiological defects, such as flatfoot, nasal snoring and various non-functional cosmetic and orthopedic operations;
3. Various bodybuilding treatment projects: such as nutrition, weight loss, weight gain, increase and other project expenses;
4. Various health examination items not specified in the contract;
5. Various preventive and health care items: such as health massage, automatic massage table therapy, drug steam therapy, medicated bath, physical therapy and fitness, various vaccinations (except those covered by insurance as stipulated in this contract), vaccination and disease investigation;
6. All kinds of medical consultation and health prediction: such as health consultation, family consultation, marriage consultation, sex consultation, premarital consultation and other expenses;
7. Various medical appraisals: medical accident appraisal, psychiatric appraisal, sex appraisal of pregnant women's fetus, various injuries appraisal, paternity appraisal, genetic appraisal and other expenses.
(2) Reproductive therapy
1, artificial assisted reproduction, male and female birth control;
2. Sterilization, such as vasectomy or tubal ligation;
3. Treatment of sexual dysfunction;
4. Non-emergency abortion, abortion due to psychological or social reasons and related complications, as well as selective surgical delivery;
5. Examination and treatment of infertility;
6, sterilization recovery surgery;
7. Sex change surgery;
8. Drugs to improve sexual function;
9. Prenatal training;
10. Expenses for cryopreservation, implantation and replantation of any living cells related to infertility or fertility.
(3) organ transplantation
1, organ and tissue transplantation expenses except kidney, liver, heart, lung and hematopoietic stem cells;
2. All examination and treatment expenses of the donor;
3. The cost of finding, purchasing, transporting and storing the source of organs or tissues;
4. Any expenses related to donating your own tissues and organs.
(4) Dental treatment
1. Dental medical expenses that are not covered by the insurance liability agreed in this contract, such as those related to dental treatment, tooth whitening, tooth implantation, inlay, orthodontic treatment, veneering and any precious metal materials that are not necessary for dental treatment;
2, for accidental dental insurance liability, for the treatment of teeth that have been treated or cracked, for the treatment of tooth damage caused by chewing food (even if it contains foreign bodies).
(5) Treatment items
1. Materials, installation and replacement costs of artificial organs (except heart valves, intraocular lenses and artificial joints);
2. Medical expenses caused by diseases during the period when the insured suffers from sexually transmitted diseases, AIDS or HIV infection;
3. According to the judgment of doctors with corresponding qualifications, there is no medical necessity for surgery and treatment, including the cost of myopia and strabismus correction;
4. Receive treatment in a health spa, naturopathic clinic or similar rehabilitation institution, or receive treatment in the form of a private hospital bed attached to such institution and registered as a "nursing ward".
