Vancouver Island University is a public university, which was established in 1936. It can award bachelor's degrees and offer five levels of universities, diplomas, certificate courses and English language certificate courses. Vancouver Island University has18,000 students, more than 2,000 faculty members and10,000 international students, and the ratio of students to professors is 16: 1. The campus is located in Nanaimo, a small city near Vancouver and Victoria, the best climate zone in Canada. Covering area 1 10 mu. There is an auditorium, a state-of-the-art library, a gymnasium and various fitness facilities, an art gallery, a science laboratory and a research center. The school provides all kinds of advanced teaching equipment and high-quality courses, so that students can continue their studies or work full-time anywhere in Canada.

(2) Professional degree

1, Bachelor of Science-Computer Science (starting in September)

Four-year degree program. The advanced computer course offered by Wenda University focuses on solving the problems that students will encounter in practical work. In addition, the school cooperates with local enterprises to give students the opportunity to apply what they have learned and gain valuable experience during their internship.

2. Bachelor of Tourism Management (starting in September)

Students can only study the third-year bachelor's degree course of tourism management after completing the diploma course of tourism and hotel management provided by our school. Every summer, all students of this major will be arranged to participate in paid internships, so as to gain some income while accumulating practical work experience.

3. Bachelor of Business Administration (starting in May and September, 1).

Four-year degree program. Major: accounting, e-commerce, financial services, management, marketing, economics, human resource management, international business.

(3) Application conditions and related expenses for undergraduate direct recording.

1, high school or equivalent;

2. TOEFL IBT80 (no less than 19 for a single subject) or IELTS 6 (no less than 5.5 for a single subject).

★ The school provides conditional double admission for students without language scores. The Language Center of Vancouver Island University has specially designed ESL courses for international students preparing to enter the university.
