1. Urinary tract infection: frequent urination, urgency, dysuria, hematuria, abdominal discomfort, turbid urine, and sometimes white flocs. The treatment is mainly anti-infection, and cephalosporins or quinolones can be selected.
Second, chyluria: it is common in areas infected with filariasis or after major thoracic and abdominal surgery. Urine is milky white, such as milk or rice soup. There was no abnormality in urine routine and urine ultrasound, and urine chyle was positive. Conservative treatment, drug renal pelvis lavage and surgical treatment are the main treatment methods.
