Do you consider energy in fitness and diet?
Hello!

Reducing fat and increasing muscle are two diametrically opposite concepts. Many people (including myself at the beginning) think that before exercise, if the weight reaches a certain level, or people are very fat, they don't have to eat as much as other people with normal weight or thin, but later I heard from the coach that this is actually wrong.

Because when you exercise, you can burn body fat, but at the same time, you don't gain muscle, because you need a lot of high protein to gain muscle, and when you burn fat, you don't gain muscle. It just consumes too much energy stored in your body, but it can't achieve the purpose of increasing muscle.

So, for example, fat loss and muscle gain are two trains running in different directions. This is not a complementary relationship. Therefore, it is not contradictory to reduce fat and increase protein's intake while exercising.

In addition, there is another phenomenon. For example, your weight before fitness is 80 kilograms. After a period of training, it is likely that you will gain weight, but people seem to have lost a lot of weight. This is actually due to the increase of clean muscle and the consumption of excess fat. In other words, the amount of fat in your body is replaced by clean muscle.

Therefore, although many bodybuilders are very heavy, they look like pure obese people with the same weight, and their muscles are very firm and tight, without feeling bloated.

There are two ways to increase the number of people in protein, one is eggs (especially in protein), and the other is beef.

Eggs provide whey protein and beef provides meat protein. They are the best sources of protein for muscle repair and growth.

These foods can be eaten one hour before or after the training, but it is best not to eat them near the training, because after eating a lot of beef, some blood will return to the stomach to help digestion, and the meat will not be digested quickly, so there will be less blood flowing to the muscles, so the muscles will easily get tired quickly, thus reducing the training intensity.

Before training, it is recommended to eat more bananas or apples. These two kinds of fruits have high sugar content and can provide a lot of glycogen to the body instantly, which is needed in training. Otherwise, you will feel hungry and affect your training.
