There are many things in senior three, so it is impossible to go to the gym all the time and go back to the dormitory very late after finishing what you are doing. It took about a week before and after, which turned my dormitory into a small gym. Although the sparrow is small, it has all aspects. It basically covers all the items of fitness. The conditions are almost the same, as long as you can practice.

50 yuan bought a pair of dumbbells from the last senior.
I bought a pair of 400 regular electroplated dumbbells (with connecting rods) online.

0 yuan moved a long bench from the abandoned bathroom.

I. Chest exercises
First of all, I must have pushed my chest. I use the stool I brought from the bathroom as a bench press. Don't tell me, height and length are quite reliable.
Then take apart the long-rod dumbbells bought by the seniors and connect the two long rods with the connectors on the electroplated dumbbells. Okay, simple dumbbells are made.
The rod length of the normal electroplating dumbbell is generally not enough. It is suggested to use a dumbbell combination with a longer rod, which will make the barbell more convenient to use.
Isn't it casual to use stools and dumbbells to bench press?
After all, there is no bench press and the weight of the barbell is not enough, so it is not enough to push this for chest exercise. I also exercise my self-esteem when I practice my chest.

Generally, when we get here, the pushing part is over and the clamping begins. In my personal opinion, the action of "pinching the chest" is even more important than "pushing the chest".
One is the long-distance rope clip box (named by myself)
This is mainly achieved by tying elastic bands on two bedposts. Although it is simply made by yourself, it is very irritating to the chest muscles when it is pulled forward.
The distance between the rope and yourself is probably so much. When you start practicing, you can lengthen the distance appropriately.
Next is a short distance deep lock clip chest. This elastic rope is tied to two parallel pillars of the same bed, with arms straight and hands close to the middle.
Different from long distance, this feeling is more inclined to stimulate the middle seam, which is the dream of all fitness boys.
Shoulder training
The first one is definitely a recommendation. With the stool, it is possible to push it directly or transform it into Arnold push. The equipment is still the pair of electroplated dumbbells, which are very energetic.
Then there is barbell recommendation. The stool elevation in our dormitory is different from that in the gym. The pressure on the waist is relatively high, so I dare not push too hard. But the daily weight is ok.
Then the barbell paddles to attention. This is mainly the middle toe, the weight is not enough, and the speed comes together. Slow down, slow down.
Next, it's time for the elastic rope to continue to play. Mainly because there are many dumbbell events, I thought about using elastic rope instead of dumbbells to do some actions similar to dumbbell side lifts.
Personally, I feel that even an elastic rope can produce great stimulation to my shoulders.
Lift the toe of deltoid muscle with straight arm forward. We still use our simple barbell. No matter how heavy it is, just don't throw it together.
Double-headed training
Standing barbell bending is definitely necessary, and this action is basically a double-headed core action. Or use a simple barbell.
But it's a simple barbell after all. I always feel that the connecting rod in the middle will break directly if it is too heavy. Because it can't bear too much weight, it needs to be bent with dumbbells in sitting position. This can be heavier.
When you want to stimulate two heads in isolation, but there is no dumbbell stool, you can concentrate on bending with your own legs-dumbbells.
There are too many ordinary bends. Here you can use elastic rope to do a set of actions similar to hammer bending.
Back exercise
Since it is a back training, we must face it squarely. I installed a back pole on the dormitory door to solve the problem. (Attached is a very nonstandard figure on the back)
Barbell rowing. Come on, keep playing with the simple barbell.
Tie the elastic rope to the leg of the bed = row in a sitting position.

The length of the rod is also sufficient and can be adjusted according to different widths. Not as good as the gym, but you can practice, can't you?

Leg training
There is really no way to do this. There is no squat rack, so you can only practice an ordinary squat. The most terrible thing is that the weight is not enough. I have been thinking about the solution to this problem recently. Really can't. Why not hang ropes on both sides and practice in the bucket?
If you have enough time and money, then I suggest you get a card. After all, the gym is still a professional equipment, which has more advantages in action specification and weight.
If you don't have enough time to exercise, you can set up your own small gym like me. Although it's a little rough, practice can't be delayed, it's nothing more than a little trouble.
Four years ago in high school, when I was the most enthusiastic about breaking, I always played freestyle, not to mention that A flew, and even Thomas couldn't.
