Free zone fitness
This is not clear in one or two sentences here. First of all, what is the purpose of your fitness? Want to gain muscle? Reduce fat? It's still plastic, and its uses are different, and the sports you want to do are different. Let's take muscle training as an example. You can exercise your chest on the first day, and the ideal action for exercising your chest is bench press. If it is the first time to go to the gym, it is not recommended that you exercise in the free zone because of the danger. You can practice chest compressions in the equipment area first. A better gym will have different chest pushing equipment for upper chest, middle chest and lower chest respectively. After pushing your chest, you can practice clamping your chest. The common instruments are sitting posture chest clamping and butterfly machine chest clamping, and then the free zone rope chest clamping. You can practice your back on the second day, your shoulders on the third day, your arms on the fourth day, your legs on the fifth day, and then take a day off to practice from your chest. Communicate with others in the gym, and you will get familiar with it.
