Not funny. Running is an aerobic exercise, which can effectively improve cardiopulmonary function and coordination, and enhance physical fitness and endurance. It is not a fun activity to choose running as your own exercise program in the gym. Everyone has his favorite exercise method, and different people have different goals and methods in the gym.
