1, Yongquan point
Yongquan point is the main point in the kidney meridian, which is located at the front 1/3 of the connecting line between the toe line of the second and third toes and the heel. Regular massage of this health point has the functions of replenishing marrow, tonifying kidney and strengthening yang, and strengthening tendons and bones.

2. Taixi point
