What do you mean by core strength?
Core strength refers to the muscle groups in the core area of the body, including the muscles around the abdomen, back, buttocks and pelvis.

Core strength is a kind of comprehensive strength, which not only pays attention to a specific muscle group, but emphasizes the coordination and stability of the whole core area, posture and body control: core strength is very important for maintaining good posture and body control, which helps us to maintain balance, stability and symmetry of the body and reduce unnecessary stress and the risk of injury.

Improvement of sports performance: Strong core strength can improve sports performance, whether in daily activities or sports competitions, increase the stability and explosiveness of the body, and improve the coordination and efficiency of movements. By enhancing the stability and control of core muscles, core strength helps to reduce injuries and pains during exercise, thus providing extra support and protection and reducing the burden on joints and muscles.

Training method of core strength

Standing on the balance pad: standing on the balance pad or soft pad with one foot to keep the body stable, and further closing your eyes will stimulate the proprioceptive nerve more strongly and bring more challenges to the core stability.

One-legged squat: stand on one leg and squat down with your hips bent, ensuring that the supporting foot and sole touch the ground, and then increase the difficulty. You can stand on the balance pad or soft pad to complete the squat.

Fitness ball push-ups: put your hands open on the fitness ball and put your hands under your shoulders (note that the horizontal stripes on the ball are opposite to the direction of your hands: it can increase friction and reduce the risk of hand slipping). Beginners can put their elbows on the ball to reduce the difficulty, or their feet can be wider apart.
