Why do many people say that fitness is a dead muscle?
What kind of dead muscle can be called dead muscle? I think it's generally bodybuilding. Bodybuilding is not the pursuit of muscle explosive force, but the focus is on muscle mass, not muscle mass.

They participate in the competition mainly to show the beauty of human muscles, not to train the muscles to jump as fast and as high as possible, so there is little requirement for the explosive power of muscles.

Many people compare bodybuilders with ordinary people and say that others are killing muscles, which is better than those of us who sleep and play mobile phones all day. I can kill you with one punch.

First of all, this comparison is unfair. First of all, we didn't say that practicing bodybuilding muscles is just a decoration, just that the muscles it exercises are not flexible enough, and sometimes the explosive power is worse. This is no problem. Did you see that bodybuilder run very fast and jump very high?

Moreover, if it is the same level of fighting, more muscles may not be able to fight than less muscles. You can go to see martial arts and other boxing matches. No one can beat you unless you are taller and have more muscles. Again, advise those who want to exercise muscles and fight. People are not afraid of your muscles.

One of the reasons for saying so much above is just to explain a problem. Only practicing muscle mass is definitely dead muscle. How can I not practice dead muscles?

First, frequency training.

If you don't take part in bodybuilding competitions, you can't just practice strength. For example, NBA players are very strong and have a lot of muscles, but many people say that when walking at 100 meters, the speed can exceed 10 second.

Therefore, it is definitely not dead muscle, because dead muscle definitely meets the requirements of this kind of sports, and the legs are strong and powerful. Then why don't you see some strong people on the basketball court? They won't be on 100 meter.

Because they are doing strength training except warm-up and running, there is no high-frequency leg lifting training, which leads to poor flexibility.

Second, explosive force training

We know that if your muscles are too large, your body will definitely be inflexible, but if you do explosive training like 50-meter running immediately after doing squats, your muscles will never die.

Third, collaborative training.

If there are too many muscles, coordination will generally deteriorate, so you must join coordinated training, skipping and other sports methods, and then relax stretching, because stretching is pulling muscles.

I'm definitely not saying that bodybuilding muscles are bad. I'm just saying that if this happens, our usual exercise methods will be bad. What we absolutely want is not dead muscles, but muscles that are both explosive and powerful.
