The motivation of fitness may be that the body is getting better, the mental state is getting better, or the opposite sex is getting better and so on.
Share my three "incentives" brought by fitness in the process of street fitness practice.
Learning arms and arms is a cool action. When you don't know the five skills of street fitness, watch others do violent pole climbing in the park.
Then I began to imitate.
I didn't watch the video tutorial, and I didn't get guidance from others. I just try it a few times a day to see if I can finish this action.
Until later, an uncle worked out in the park. He said he thought I was strong, but he couldn't do it. It should be because he didn't master the skills.

As for how to get up, I don't know. I just feel that if people shake it hard, it will get on the bar.
This feeling is wonderful, inspiring me to practice street fitness, so I have been insisting on it until now.
Second, I learned to stand on my head freely, and I had the idea to share the fitness course online.
However, there is an inherent obstacle, that is, I have never been able to practice free handstand.
I was obsessed with practicing handstand for a while last year. Basically, I practice four times a week for about an hour, and one practice is four or five months. The best result of free handstand is 3 seconds.
I'm devastated. People will stand on their heads freely. Why can't I study so hard?
Don't I have a gift?
In this self-questioning voice, I'm ready to give up street fitness. There's nothing wrong with me pulling the horizontal bar, just doing push-ups and exercising. The rest is none of my business.
When I was about to give up, I was lucky to get the guidance of the great god inadvertently and began to practice free handstand in a planned way.
Two weeks later, the free handstand time increased from 3 seconds to 30 seconds.
At this point, I increased my confidence in continuing to keep fit.
It's not that there is no talent, but that the method is wrong.
Then I gradually mastered the unlocking method of unarmed fitness movements, and the back group slowly rose, and the free handstand and the front stage were also unlocked one after another.
Thirdly, I gave a tutorial on the path of a little god. Originally, I used it as an open diary to record my daily fitness.
Later, I sent several articles about fitness. At first, some people looked at it and others praised it, so I wrote it down one by one.
I found a problem. Many online fitness courses are generally released long after the broadcaster unlocks them.
This tutorial has a fatal weakness, that is, it takes too long to unlock, and sometimes some details will be blurred.
So if you look at other people's tutorials, you will find that there seems to be something missing from one action to another, and you can't always move forward.
Then I thought, as long as I can master the practice skills and guide myself with a new movement, I will record it and share it with you.
Maybe my strength is not as good as that of Great God, but I try my best to let my readers see that all my tutorials have temperature.
