It is a municipal state-owned holding enterprise. The enterprise has three department stores, namely, Wuxing Department Store, Music City Mall Store and Jinsheng Store, as well as a number of small and medium-sized rental stores. Mainly engaged in department store retail and asset leasing. Liuzhou, referred to as Hucheng and Longcheng for short, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is an important central city in central Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and a sub-central city in Guangxi determined by the State Council.
