The swimming pool is located on the north side of the main building of the National Fitness Center.

The swimming pool is equipped with international advanced facilities, with a wide field of vision and novel structure. There is a 50-meter X 10 swimming pool suitable for competition, and the swimming pool tiles are made of non-slip tiles for swimming. The swimming pool has a complete water treatment and cleaning system, adopts imported ozone disinfection equipment and overflow water treatment system, and the water quality reaches GB9667- 1996 standard.

The whole swimming pool adopts comfortable design. The indoor temperature is kept at 28℃ to 30℃ all the year round, and the water temperature is kept at 26℃ to 28℃. The whole swimming pool is four grades like spring. The swimming pool is designed with complete functions, including dressing room, shower room, stand, service desk, lounge, VIP lounge and first aid room.

There is a service desk in the lobby on the first floor, selling swimming caps, swimsuits, swimming trunks, goggles, swimming rings, towels and other professional brands of swimming supplies (the price is more advantageous than that of shopping malls).

The second floor is the men's locker room, with shower room, lounge and VIP lounge. The swimming pool on the third floor can be reached through the internal stairs.

There is a women's dressing room, shower room, lounge and VIP lounge on the third floor.

There are recliners beside the swimming pool on the third floor, and there is a professional emergency room. Swimming pool lifeguards have international lifeguard qualification certificate and professional rescue and first aid skills.
