Method 1:
1. Switch the right to exercise: "Settings > (Application) > Application Management > Application List > Click": "in the upper right corner, select" Show System Programs "> (Breeno) at a glance > Application right/right management > Exercise", refuse (close), and then allow (open).
2. restart the negative screen: "settings > (application) > application management > application list > click": "in the upper right corner, and select" show system programs "> (Breeno) at a glance > forced stop."
3. Restart the mobile phone and try to recover the negative one-screen motion step counting data.
Method 2:
1. Open the Health App. If it has been uninstalled or cannot be found, you can open the "Software Store" APP search or download it through /appdownload.
2. Click on the steps module to log in according to the pop-up window.
3. Click "Cancel Authorization" after logging in, and complete authorization according to the prompts.
4. After a few steps, observe whether it returns to normal.
