Is the spirit dominating the body or the body dominating the spirit? Idealism and materialism never agree. Different from idealism and materialism, individual psychology studies the dynamic relationship between body and mind. It is believed that spirit and body are an interactive whole, and they are two forms of expression of a person's life. We should regard them as a whole and understand their relationship.
Life lies in movement, and the essence of spirit lies in guiding the direction of action through foreknowledge. The mind sets goals and depends on the body to achieve them. Spirit dominates the body, which in turn affects the spirit.
From 20 17 to 1, after I decided to exercise to improve my immunity, I always insisted on going to the gym at least three times a week: yoga, walking and aerobics. Under the guidance of spirit, my body found a pleasant feeling through exercise, my immunity gradually returned to normal level, and my figure was greatly improved.
The improvement of physical condition, in turn, has brought greater spiritual pleasure. The optimistic and positive mental state has opened another door for me: to resume writing. On April 5, 20 17, I started to make an official WeChat account. Although the writing is not good, the feeling is not deep, but in the end I recorded my mental journey and persisted until now.
When I think about it today, I actually practiced Shi Beichen's point of view of doing homework in writing training camp: finish it first, then improve it.
Bit by bit, step by step, I believe my steps are getting more and more steady and faster.
Adler's point of view—
People are particularly good at activities and their spiritual goals are becoming more and more clear. From birth to death, body and spirit interact and are inseparable. Every movement of the body is full of spiritual significance. Spiritual fallacy will lead to misguided actions.
I have always been deeply touched by the idea that every move of the body contains spiritual significance.
I began to feel unwell the day before yesterday afternoon: low fever, weakness and muscle pain. At that time, I felt that I caught a cold in the countryside in the morning, because the temperature was really low these two days (-daytime 13.4 degrees).
Yesterday, I had to ask for leave to rest. Lie in bed and think about what's wrong with you. Suddenly realized: I feel unwell because I have been anxious recently.
I want to use my spare time to improve my homework in writing training camp after I have finished my homework well. I want to iterate every assignment with reference to the comments of the teaching assistant. I want to fulfill my promise and write a letter to Mr. Beichen. I want to finish reading my classmates' excellent homework as soon as possible and learn from it. I want to write all the golden sentences I have heard and seen in my account. ......
But, but I didn't seem to do anything, and the frustration came.
Procrastination has reached an advanced stage: procrastination, procrastination, and finally doing nothing.
* * Confusion in thinking and doing things: while doing the first thing, I am thinking about the second thing and thinking about the third thing in my mind. As a result, I didn't do anything well
* * I don't have a good mind at all: I can't stop the voices of opposition around me, I can't eliminate interference, and I am mostly surrounded by trivial things in my spare time, stuck in a routine, and have no time and energy to improve myself.
Most importantly, I seem to be powerless, which leads to anxiety. Excessive anxiety reduces the body's immunity, and disease comes.
Realizing this, I immediately adjusted my mentality. Use the holiday to catch up on sleep, and then sort out your anxious things and do them one by one, giving yourself enough time. Another view of practice training camp: take your time, it's faster.
Now return to the point of inferiority and transcendence.
If, the fallacy of spirit will lead to the wrong path of action.
Then, spiritual justice will lead the right path of action.
Apply what you have learned.
So, just right.
