Practical skills will be tested in the form of random questions, including resistance training techniques and stretching exercises, such as quadriceps femoris, biceps femoris and gastrocnemius.
Aerobic exercise technology mainly includes aerobic exercise equipment, such as treadmills and stair exercisers. There are also forms of resistance, heavyweight equipment in the exam, free weight and so on.
The final physical fitness test is divided into male group and female group. The eligibility criteria for the men's group are 40 push-ups, 60 squats with bare hands, and static stretching for 5 seconds before sitting. The eligibility criteria for the women's group are 15 push-ups, 40 squats with bare hands, and static stretching for 5 seconds before sitting.
