The small dome gymnasium cost NT$ 4.767 billion, with two floors underground and five floors above ground. It is the first multifunctional gymnasium and large-scale comprehensive shopping mall in Taiwan Province Province, which provides and sells all kinds of special catering and commodities, making the gymnasium not only a gymnasium, but also a large indoor activity square for people to rest and consume. There are many entertainment resources and sports facilities in the museum. The dome gymnasium is streamlined with titanium plate as the roof material. The whole gymnasium is divided into a main gymnasium with a seating capacity of 15000 and an auxiliary skating gymnasium with a seating capacity of 800. The main building covers an area of over 90,000 square meters and can host most indoor sports events such as basketball, tennis, gymnastics and taekwondo. The spacious venue also provides a platform for various performances and exhibitions.

Taipei Dome Gymnasium is divided into two parts: the main hall and the auxiliary hall. This is a multi-functional gymnasium with 15000 seats. With a total construction area of 90,900 square meters, the main gymnasium is the first international gymnasium in Taiwan Province Province that can provide world-class competitions such as basketball, tennis, gymnastics and taekwondo. The auxiliary hall has an 800-seat skating rink, as well as a parking lot, gym, dance classroom, squash court and food court.
