I can barely do it by insisting on fitness occasionally, but I really can't do anything every day, so I choose to give up temporarily.
Those things that don't persist in the end will make me feel greatly frustrated and always want to "make a comeback" one day. Originally, I planned to resume the fitness on Keep as soon as the summer part-time job was over, but I was lazy for two days before I resumed punching. To be honest, a day 17 minutes seems simple, but it is also a challenge to do it every day. There will always be times when I want to be lazy, and there will always be times when I don't want to punch in, but I can't give up when I see my friends are insisting. A person is running, a little lonely, and a group of people are punching in the group and have a sustenance. If a person can't walk fast, join a big family and fight together.
Communities and groups turn one person's persistence into a group of people's persistence. In the process of trying to punch in, you will also encounter many small surprises. For example, because of running fitness, I wrote a special topic about running, and then submitted it to "Sports &; On the topic of "fitness", I met a very active editor-in-chief and joined the WeChat group, from one person to a group of people.
All methods and surprises can only be based on continuous action. At first, I thought it would be good to run 2km a day, but I saw some people in the community running 70km a week and some people running 100km ++ at one time. These deeds have broadened my horizons and made me stick to them better under the role of role models. So I stopped sitting around and waiting for death, and I was no longer arrogant. I learn from everyone's strengths with an empty cup mentality, respect my own growth speed, gain a sense of accomplishment in bit by bit progress, and persist in the sense of accomplishment.
