Man: Where is the Tianchi point?
There are two small nests on the palate, called Tianchi, from which the true qi of cultivation will leak and need to be resisted with the tongue. There is another effect: generally, when meditating, the uvula will naturally open, the throat cavity will become larger, and the breathing will be smooth, so it is not easy to get dizzy. If you really want to put your tongue on the palate, you won't feel dizzy, because he has enough air to breathe and oxygen. When a person feels dizzy, it means that the brain is short of oxygen, and when it is short of oxygen, it will become dull. The correct way for the tongue to reach the palate is to make an "er" sound in the mouth, where the tip of the tongue reaches. Tongue against palate is a columnar tongue, which was called "Magpie Bridge" in ancient times. It is one of the most basic contents of internal strength "adjusting body" and occupies an important position in Taoist internal strength cultivation. Internal cultivation focuses on self-adjustment. The heart is the "official of the monarch" and the "king of the five internal organs", and the tongue is the seedling of the heart. Therefore, it is not only beneficial to regulate the heart, but also has a certain regulatory effect on the five internal organs. Renmai point, starting from the perineum at the lower part and finally bearing the pulp at the upper part (located at the midpoint of the chin and labial groove); The meridian points of Du meridian start from Changjin, end at gingival intersection (located at the junction of upper lip frenum and gingiva), and the tongue reaches the palate, which can connect Du meridian gingival intersection and meridian marrow. It plays an extremely important role in communicating the movement of ren meridian and qi and forming "Zhou Zhi Movement", so the ancients called the tongue reaching the palate "Queqiao". So how to operate the tongue against the palate? According to the authentic teaching, the tongue is not intentionally rolled up against the upper jaw, otherwise it is "thousands of miles away." The correct operation method is: lightly close the lips and teeth, and the tip of the tongue will naturally abut between the upper palate and the upper gum (actually the inner side of the intersection of the gums). The tongue should be straight, not curly, light but not heavy, because it is connected with the brain, so as not to be discouraged. Hold the Tianchi point with your tongue, and guide the true qi from Xuan Ying point down to Dantian, and the nectar flows to the trachea, with your tongue hidden on the top of the twelfth floor. Because there are two small nests in the upper jaw, it is called "Tianchi point". Therefore, the upper palate is Tianchi point, which is located in the depression of the upper gum and where the tip of the tongue touches the word "er". When Tianchi is closed, we must first open the mysterious cave (the mysterious cave is behind the clever tongue). When the mysterious cave is opened, the real interests will be unimpeded. Moreover, closed doors are easy to produce fluid. There are two golden holy points under the root of the tongue, the golden scripture on the left and the perfect one on the right. Meditation is often full of body fluid, clear and sweet. At this point, the body fluid is swallowed into the abdomen by swallowing. That is, the tip of the tongue does not move, body fluids are sucked to the base of the tongue and swallowed by the neck, and when you want to choke, you will "grunt". It is said that this kind of swallowing can directly enter Ren meridian and turn into Yin essence, which is a shortcut to produce sperm and a wonderful way to keep fit. Is the tip of the palate delicate? At least common sense, but its principle, no one delves into. There are two small nests on the palate, which can be touched by fingers. Taoism calls them "Tianchi", not acupoints, but the focus of practice.
