Design tasks and requirements:

3。 The transmission system scheme and working cycle diagram of the fitness ball detection classifier are drawn on the drawing.

4。 Draw the design drawing of cam mechanism (including displacement curve, cam profile and initial position of follower); It is required to determine the motion law, select the radius of the base circle, check the maximum pressure angle and minimum curvature, and determine the convex contour.

5。 Design and calculate a pair of gear mechanisms.

6。 All the drawings required above are drawn on the drawing 1.

7。 Write design calculation instructions.

Design skills:

1。 The size control of the ball can be realized through three receiving ports with different diameters. For example, the diameter of the first few outlets is 42mm, the diameter of the middle outlet is 44mm, and the diameter of the third outlet is slightly greater than 46 mm, so that the ball with a diameter less than (equal to) 42mm directly falls into the first receiving port, and the ball with a diameter greater than 42mm will be stuck in the first receiving port first, then pushed out by the feeder and rolled to the middle indirect receiving port. And so on.

2。 The size control of the ball can also be realized by the cam mechanism.

3。 In addition, the feeding mechanism, receiving mechanism and intermittent mechanism need to be designed. It can be realized by crank-slider mechanism, pulley mechanism, etc.
