I am a personal swimming instructor in a gym. My answer may be incorrect, but you can adopt it appropriately.

The human body can be compared to a soft water pipe. When the inflow and outflow are balanced, the water pipe is in a normal state, but when the inflow is increased to keep the outflow, or the inflow is kept to reduce the outflow, the water pipe will expand. This is the reason why retired athletes or pregnant women are obese after childbirth. After the athletes retired, the amount of exercise decreased, but because of their habits, their food intake was not well controlled. Pregnant women increase their food intake to supply enough energy for the fetus, and the postpartum balance itself is broken. In short, obesity is the accumulation caused by the imbalance between "in" and "out".

At the beginning, the effect is to increase the "out", but excessive increase without reducing the "in" will only make the pipe bigger and bigger, so slow in and proper out should be more suitable for you.

Exercise should be done anytime and anywhere. For example, after washing your face in the morning, hold both ends of the towel with both hands and keep your arms straight from head to back. The simple action is that we swim over our shoulders, which is a good ligament exercise. There are many things to discover in life.

I don't need to say anything about sports. Everyone upstairs has already said that. What I want to say should be your diet: 1. Sleep for 6-7 hours every day (your current age), but don't stay up late, because your energy consumption during sleep is limited; 2. Try not to stay up late, because from the point of view of Chinese medicine, the liver does not return to blood until after 1 1 at night. If the blood return time is reduced, the liver will soon fail, and the spleen and stomach will not be able to digest food well. If food is not digested, it will become fat and be stored in the body. Maybe you say you can get up late if you stay up late, but it's not right. The liver begins to recover when the sun rises in the morning, which is what the ancients said: plow at sunrise and rest at sunset. Don't eat any sugar. Our daily food contains enough sugar for human body, so what we eat is waste. Minimize the accumulation of food in the body. Try to eat as much as possible every day, drink more porridge and soup, and eat more coarse grains. White meat is better, but not too much. You can drink wine, but in moderation, and try to replace other wines with red wine. 6. Try not to eat anything except water after 9 pm. Of course, this is the most important thing. In fact, it is my habit to eat a bowl of white rice porridge and some vegetables for dinner.

The above are all my suggestions to members in my work for several years, hoping to help you.
