What made you start working out and what kept you going?
Let me start fitness in the third year of high school. At that time, I only knew some simple fitness knowledge, such as push-ups, pull-ups, running and so on. I remember that at that time, I would go to the playground with my friends every night to pull a few pull-ups, but only I could pull ten (reverse grip), and others thought it was very powerful, which virtually satisfied my vanity, so my fitness career began. Later, when I entered the university, I didn't deliberately want to go to the gym. After all, normal life in college is playing games all night. I accidentally walked to the playground at night and saw that the playground was full of runners, so I had the idea of running. At that time, several students were already running, so I naturally joined in. Running every day will be faster than anyone else, which adds a lot of fun invisibly. Later, I happened to find a small gym in an underground garage of the school. Every semester 100, I took a few friends to sign up and practiced until graduation.
