Fitness coaches are mainly divided into: personal coaches and group sports coaches.

Personal trainer: It's one-on-one service for customers. According to the specialty and quality of personal trainer, it can help clients to develop and keep the habit of exercise by asking their clients' goals, checking and evaluating their potential sports risks, and monitoring their diet and fitness data according to their goals.

Group gymnastics coach: refers to the group gymnastics coach of the club, which is a free service for the gym to apply for membership cards. A coach leads many members to practice aerobics, such as jazz dance, belly dance, barbell exercise, step exercise, boxing exercise and so on.
