These two are classic movements of fitness. Push-ups can be used to lift feet in a narrow distance and a wide distance, and most muscles of the body can be exercised. I don't quite agree that improper sit-ups will hurt my waist and abdomen. You can try getting on the bus empty, which is very useful. There are many other exercises available in the fitness forum.
