How to break through the dilemma of China's current sports industry?
In 2025, the number of sports employees will increase to100000, which is a predictable figure. The United States now has more than 3.2 million people, but its proportion of employees in the sports industry is higher than that of China.

Core events and IP issues are also very prominent. The IP of many foreign high-quality events is diversified. For example, the media broadcasting rights revenue of the American Football League exceeds 5 billion every year, and people have signed long-term contracts with many media, which ensures the full release and effective development of the value of sports broadcasting rights.

Now we have more than 600 large stadiums, the most in the world. However, China's stadiums and gymnasiums lack long-term benign operation mode, and many large stadiums and gymnasiums have not been rationally utilized and scientifically operated.

Second, the breakthrough path of China sports industry

How to deal with this dilemma, I put forward five countermeasures: first, build an ecological circle. Second, clarify the interest layer. Third, extend the industrial chain. Fourth, weave a value network. Fifth, cultivate growth points.

1, build an ecosystem

(1) the inevitable trend of economic restructuring and industrial upgrading

In the sense of ecosphere, I think the largest ecosphere is the five in one. We must embed sports into the five-in-one development pattern of our country and find its position here, instead of relying on several large enterprises to build their own ecology. China is facing the problems of economic restructuring and industrial upgrading, as well as the important task of building a harmonious society and a well-off society. The sports industry will certainly have a bright future.

(2) Sports is an integral part of the national comprehensive national strength competition.

Nowadays, international communication increasingly emphasizes that there should be no obvious ideological attribute, and sports is a typical international common language. Sports is the dominant factor in the competition of a country's comprehensive national strength. In fact, it is a good adhesive for international communication, and it is also a tool for the United Nations and many government officials to examine the comprehensive national strength. In many western developed countries, sports is the weight of elections in a sense. If a candidate doesn't know sports and doesn't like sports, he will immediately lose a large number of supporters.

(3) Sports is a natural exchange of green development and environmental awareness.

In recent years, the IOC has paid special attention to the sustainable heritage left by the host city of the Olympic Games. Last year, a Committee on Sustainable Development and Heritage was established. The International Olympic Committee believes that sports can enhance people's awareness of environmental protection, because athletes want to participate in activities in a better environment and achieve harmony between man and nature. Many countries enhance their environmental awareness by encouraging young people to take part in outdoor sports. In fact, many research results show that participating in outdoor sports can enhance their awareness of environmental protection.

2. Clarify the interest layer.

Personally, exercise is a matter of vitality. Life expectancy is different from golden life expectancy, and vitality is the most important thing for people. Actually, what our country lacks is vitality. People who exercise regularly and those who don't exercise for a long time have different vitality.

The second is the community. Many countries, especially Germany, have done classic work in promoting the concept of community unity.

The third is social harmony. Sociologists have a saying that sports is one of the best safety valves in society. During each World Cup, even the crime rate will drop. Because watching the game gives vent to a lot of negative emotions, it can make the society more harmonious.

There is also a global perspective, that is, it is most convenient to promote mutual understanding between people of different countries, nationalities and religions through sports.

3. Extend the industrial chain

There are more than 80 kinds of sports industry organizations in the world, and the western sports industry has become a system with high division of labor and fine cooperation. The connection between its chain and hub is very fragile. But also formed a stable interest consortium. Now the International Olympic Committee often says three things: First, respect stakeholders; The second is to encourage partners and serve partners; The third is to get more people involved. In fact, there are countless institutions in the whole western sports industry system. Most of the institutions we are talking about are sports organizations, basically NPO, NGO and even NGO+NPO. In addition, among the investors, beneficiaries and even sharers of the whole sports industry, sports media accounts for about one third.

4. Weave the value network

The so-called value network is to pay attention to different levels of interest groups when seeking different stakeholders. The subjects in different industrial chains should be good at cooperation and sharing, and take into account different levels in value. It is unrealistic for any enterprise to enjoy the benefits exclusively.

5. Cultivate growth points

The sports industry now has 1 1 category. The following are five industries that I think are growing rapidly at present.

(1) Competition performance industry

Including professional events, professional events, commercial events and amateur events. At present, in China, professional competitions are actually unprofitable. There is no club in the Super League to make money, and CBA does not make money. Our professional competition is less profitable because of the lack of publicity and operation mechanism. Therefore, only commercial events have opportunities, including triathlon and marathon vigorously carried out in China. Commercial events need the support of the government, but the main body of sports events should play a leading role. Excessive administrative intervention is not conducive to the long-term profit of the event.

(2) Education and training industry

International fencing now has 28,000 fencing members, accounting for more than half of the national fencing population. Its training system is closely related to the competition system and youth training system. The sports education and training industry has the largest market, the fastest realization and few intermediate links, and belongs to the gold industry in the sports industry. At the same time, it is promoted and supported by the real internal needs of ordinary people, and does not need too much government or other intermediate forces, so there is still huge room for growth in this industry.

(3) Fitness and entertainment industry

China's fitness and entertainment industry has not received government subsidies for a long time. However, in recent years, represented by Jiangsu and Zhejiang, people began to try to allocate part of the consumption of people's medical insurance cards to fitness and entertainment. At present, many local governments pay more and more attention to this industry, which should be said to be very promising.

(4) Sports intermediary

This is the industry with the biggest gap between China and the United States and Europe. China does not protect this kind of intermediary and trading industry, and there are no detailed provisions in the rules of the brokerage industry to regulate the sports brokerage business. The commission system of sports brokers is very chaotic and has not been effectively protected by law. It is precisely because of the immaturity of sports brokers and intermediaries in China at present that this industry has great room for growth. There are many sports agents, athletes' agents, event agents, many sports agents, and there are many resources to communicate with. If the relevant laws and regulations are gradually improved in the future, sports intermediaries will be a blue ocean.

(5) Sports information and media

More and more people in China's media industry are engaged in sports industry. But the problem of the media industry is that for a long time, the media has not been involved in the public affairs of sports, and the degree of specialization of our sports media is limited. Many media people's sports concept and industrial consciousness may be wrong.

At present, the sports media industry accounts for about one-third of the world sports industry. This is the law of the world, and there is a big gap in China. However, the media has a lot of room to set foot in more fields, such as IP development and copyright marketing. Media people have many advantages, but our awareness of sports industry and media industry is still not in place, and most of our game copyrights lack distribution thinking and continuous action. If this market is fully cultivated, I think the sports media industry will improve itself and set foot in IP and sports copyright sales in time, which should also create a new situation for the sports information media industry in China.
