Its main uses include 30 ordinary classrooms, 8 special and professional classrooms, language and ladder classrooms, 50 teachers' research rooms, 15 seminar rooms, 70 car parking spaces and 400 motorcycle parking spaces. The second floor of 1 is the classroom for running classes, and the third to fifth floors are the innovation colleges. The rest of the space is used as the center of industry-university cooperation and innovation. Beijing Business School mainly plans 150 bedrooms, one room for four people. There are clubs, sports facilities, restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, laundry rooms, gyms, billiards rooms, dance rooms and other living facilities and 24 parking spaces for students to use.
