After community verification, the county prevention and control office confirmed that the coding was wrong and needed to be modified, the county prevention and control office put forward an application for decoding to the municipal health coding control working group at any time, and timely applied to the province for decoding.
Code allocation rules for red and yellow codes
I. Rules for the Distribution of red team
Red team indicates that you are in a high-risk state, and red team is assigned to any of the following situations:
1, all confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infections and recurrent cases;
2. Close contacts and sub-close contacts of all confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infected persons and recurrent cases;
3, all centralized isolation medical observation and home isolation medical observation personnel;
4. Have lived in a high-risk area in recent 14 days;
5. The county where the high-risk area is located is near 14 days;
6. Persons who have reported cases in the past 14 days but have not adjusted their risk levels;
7, the local epidemic prevention and control office should give red team.
The above personnel are forbidden to travel. In principle, diagnosis and treatment and isolated medical observation must be carried out in designated medical institutions or centralized isolation places.
Second, the yellow code rule.
A yellow code indicates that it is in a medium risk state, and a yellow code is assigned to any of the following situations:
1, personnel who accompany cases in time and space, stay in key epidemic sites and monitor health at home;
2. Persons who have lived in the city where the epidemic occurred in the past 14 days, except for the cases in Articles 4, 5 and 6 of the red team Rules;
3. After the red code personnel provide health management services to the yellow code personnel;
4. According to the actual situation, the local epidemic prevention and control office will give yellow codes to those who need to be included in the scope of health monitoring.
