The fourth factor is rest time. Work and rest should be combined when exercising, not overtraining or three minutes of heat. To allocate the training of muscle groups reasonably, the large muscle group should rest for 3 days after training and the small muscle group should rest for 2 days after training. Keep resistance training 3-4 times a week, fully stimulate the target muscle group, and gradually improve the figure.
Therefore, girls don't need to be afraid of iron training at all. On the contrary, girls who insist on stretching iron can effectively prevent muscle loss, keep a tight figure, develop charming hips, vest lines and long legs, and effectively reduce the chance of getting fat.
