B, during the summer aerobics class, try to stay away from the air conditioning outlet. It was cool at that time, but it was easy to catch a cold;

2. blow dry your hair after taking a shower. No matter what season it is, we should form a habit.

You can't take a bath until you are sweating. Never take a bath when you are sweating. If you are in a hurry for the next class, you can dry yourself with a dry towel, put on dry clothes and go to bed.

If there are two aerobic classes in the evening, you'd better prepare an extra set of clothes to change.

5, usually pay attention to keep warm, especially when practicing yoga, if it is cold, you can put on socks.
