Can I exercise in the office? So how to keep fit?
In today's society, the work that needs your hard work is decreasing, which is inseparable from our scientific progress. But if we look at some problems dialectically, there are advantages and disadvantages. Sitting in the office for a long time is bound to lack exercise. Some people will say that the office gym is too small for sports. But since there are questions to answer, I just have some humble opinions here and present them together.

First of all, you can do some basic stretching exercises, which can alleviate the fatigue after sitting for a long time. You can do chest stretching exercises, which everyone should know, that is, stretching exercises between classes. You can also do some leg stretching, that is, one leg takes a squat posture and the other leg is fully extended, with five groups on one side and five in each group, and then switch sides to make ten groups.

Second, you can also try lateral sit-ups. Lying on the floor or mat, with one leg up, one hand hanging, eyes staring at the ceiling. Then do some actions similar to standard sit-ups. Then lie down and sit down like this. Five on each side, then switch sides. A group of ten. Do at least five groups.

Thirdly, if you really think it will be too tedious and boring, you can go out for a 100-meter sprint on the grounds of going to the toilet after finishing almost everything every day. It was really exciting. I tried, but I couldn't go when I was trying. It will delay business. In fact, when I was at school, I often did a few pull-ups between classes. So, you can really exercise in the office. I suggest you buy a simple exercise book and study more. A perfect figure and a healthy life are not far from you.
