I used to run on the playground after class to keep healthy. When I was sitting in high school, I could feel that many girls around me were in very good shape. Then I was envious. So you want to have the same figure as them, and you are busy when you are free in high school. I like to go to the playground for a few laps in my study life, and then go back. This is a course. Because I was too fat then. So I urgently need to collect it early, so it looks healthier. Besides running in the playground after class, I will also invite myself to do things on weekends. My friends will go to the playground to play ball together, and I will gradually like the feeling of sweating after hitting you in the morning or afternoon, because then I will feel healthy, I will lose weight and I will become beautiful.
In order to keep fit, I also signed up for a dance training class and then went to practice dancing. Really good figure, good figure is every woman's dream. So in order to have a good figure, I have little time. Because the high school curriculum is very busy, but the love of beauty is very strong, so I have overcome many difficulties. Despite the lack of time and despite the opposition of my parents and teachers, I resolutely signed up for a dance training class. Then, because I want to have a very healthy body and a perfect figure like others, it is actually good to think about it now. At least I tried. I'm in good shape.
What I have done for fitness is running after school every day, sweating all over myself, then playing ball with my classmates on the playground, and practicing dancing in the dance studio after school. Even though I worked hard in the process of learning dance, I persisted. This is my effort for fitness.
