Work direction:
Professional nutritionist: be a full-time nutritionist in enterprises, schools and kindergartens, or set up a nutrition consultation center by yourself;
Medical nutritionist: mainly engaged in doctors, nursing and nutrition and health care;
Health nutritionist: mainly engaged in the production, agency and sales of nutrition and health products;
Hotel nutritionist: mainly engaged in catering, hotel senior management, professional ordering chef, senior executive chef, etc.
Food nutritionist: mainly engaged in the production and sales of food, fast food and nutritional catering; Consulting nutritionist: provide nutrition consulting services and private nutritionists for beauty salons, gyms, communities, entrepreneurs, high-income families, etc.
Training mode:
Combination of face-to-face instruction and self-study. Theoretical courses are arranged to be taught on weekends and evenings (see the curriculum for details), and practical courses are arranged in food enterprises, communities and catering departments, and live lectures are implemented; The lecturers are well-known experts in nutrition and food.
