Do you want to eat before fitness?
Must eat! Because exercise needs to consume energy, but you can't eat too much, you can start exercising in an hour. I have tried to exercise on an empty stomach, but once the amount is larger, the whole person begins to feel a little overwhelmed, which has little to do with will, because my body has no energy supply, so it is an objective physiological phenomenon. To sum up, you must eat before training, but eat less! Then give it an hour to digest, and it will be OK.

Please refer to the training time and content I gave to the landlord:

It starts at 5 o'clock in the morning and exercises a little after 6 o'clock after breakfast.

Training content: 6 km, skipping rope 1000, sit-ups and push-ups 120, and occasionally some others.

Eat some fruit after training.

Another suggestion to the landlord is to train as early as possible, because the correct diet should be:

Eat well early, eat well at noon and eat less at night.

Eat well in the morning, but don't eat too much, so as to train normally. Practice as much as you want. No matter how much you do, you can rest assured that eating at noon after practice and then eating at night will help you sleep less. This cycle will make exercise achieve the best effect on diet and sleep.
