Changchun China Railway City Phase I and Phase II should not be compared. China Railway City is mainly divided into two stages: Phase I and Phase II. 60 to 180 for the first phase and 89 to 250 for the second phase. The second phase is divided into A 1A2A3A5 plot.

3. Rail Transit: Near Fumin Street, there are two buses in front of the gate, 100/ 108, which go to Feiyue Square and Eurasia Shopping Mall, Changchun West Railway Station and near Metro Line 2.

4. Insufficient residential area: it is close to the ring expressway, which is a bit noisy and there are not many parking spaces.
