The teachers, students and staff of the whole school conducted centralized sampling in the school on the morning of June 27th 10 as required.

Third, the sampling location

The sampling location is set with reference to the previous sampling points, among which the auxiliary factory building and the west gate of Chengxi Community Health Service Center are yellow code sampling points, and the yellow code personnel must sample at the yellow code sampling points as required under the condition of self-protection.

Four. Related requirements

1. Please actively cooperate, prepare the health code in advance, and go to the sampling point for nucleic acid sampling in an orderly manner according to the unified arrangement of each village; Key people and people with mobility difficulties are sampled by resident sampling personnel.

2. Please prepare the "nucleic acid sampling code" and valid personal identification in advance. Citizens who don't have smart phones can apply for a "nucleic acid sampling code" with the help of their families, print it and bring it to the scene, and please bring your identity documents with you.

3. Please cooperate with the on-site staff to wear masks regularly all the time. When queuing, be sure to keep a distance of 2 meters. Don't talk or get together and keep good order.

4. Personnel from enterprises and shops in the area shall take samples at nearby sampling points by themselves, and those who do not participate in nucleic acid testing for no reason shall suspend business.

5. The following personnel who are implementing relevant control measures will not participate in the nucleic acid detection at this centralized sampling point, so please report to the residential community in advance:

(1) Young people who are managed of the dangerous area or with reference of the dangerous area; as well as those who enter the country; shall be sampled at home by medical personnel.

② Personnel from low-risk areas in the province and other provinces go to the sampling point in the North Square of the Olympic Sports Center in the morning;

③ Su Kang code "yellow code" personnel should do personal protection and go to the auxiliary equipment factory of power station and the sampling service point of yellow code personnel outside the west gate of Chengxi Community Health Service Center.

6. People who have been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine for less than 48 hours do not participate in nucleic acid testing. After 48 hours, please sample at the nearest sampling point.

7. This full-time nucleic acid test is free of charge. Those who refuse to cooperate or participate in the whole staff's nucleic acid testing without justifiable reasons, disturb the order or conceal, falsely report or falsify information will bear corresponding legal responsibilities according to law. Su Kang code will be given "yellow code" to those who have not participated in nucleic acid detection and failed to make up the exam in time.
