Ribbon consists of colored ribbon and ribbon handle. It moves in a serpentine and spiral way around the ring with the wrist as the axis, which is a unique basic technology of the belt.
Swing with motion
(1) Swing back and forth: stand with your feet naturally, and hold the handle with your right hand and lift it down. In action, the left foot moves forward and the center of gravity moves forward until the right foot and the left foot stand together. The right hand holds the strap handle and swings forward and upward with the shoulder as the axis, then the right foot retreats and the center of gravity moves back to the left foot and the right foot stand together.
(2) Swing from left to right: similar to swinging back and forth during exercise, the direction is left and right.
(3) Swing up and down: the action is similar to swinging back and forth, and the direction is up and down.
With drill ring
(1) Make a big circle forward: stand with your feet naturally, and hold the handle with your right hand and lift it down. When moving, hold the handle with your right hand and make a big circle around your shoulder from back to top.
(2) Body side big back winding: body front big left (right) winding, head horizontal winding, all actions are the same as big front winding.
(3) Just in different directions, the side of the body turns into a big 8-shaped circle: two feet stand naturally, and the right hand holds the handle and lifts it down. When moving, take the right shoulder as the axis, and the straight arm is lifted from back to front on the right side of the body, and then lifted from the left side of the body.
(4) The small circle of "8" in front of you: stand with your feet naturally, lift the bucket with your right hand and lift your left arm back. When moving, bend your knees with your legs, lift your right arm forward and down, turn from right to left with your wrist as the axis, and then circle the small "8" from left to bottom to right.
A snake with a drill
(1) Vertical snake shape: two feet stand naturally, and the right hand holds the handle and lifts it to the left front, and the left arm is lifted sideways. When moving, the right arm swings up and down gently, rhythmically and evenly from left to right (or vice versa) with the wrist as the axis, so that the serpentine pattern line formed by the belt is vertical to the ground.
(2) Horizontal snake: Gently, rhythmically and evenly shake the belt left and right with your wrist, so that the serpentine pattern lines are parallel to the ground. Snakes can be lifted from the side, front, back and above.
Drill screw
There are two kinds: vertical and horizontal. The former takes the wrist as the axis and makes small clockwise (or counterclockwise) circles rhythmically from left to right, so that the spiral pattern formed by the belt is vertical to the ground. The latter takes the wrist as the axis and makes small circles rhythmically and evenly clockwise or counterclockwise, so that the spiral pattern of the belt is parallel to the ground. You can also do it on the side of your body, in front of your body, and lift it up to make this shape.
