Ancient coastal plain. Located on the line from Kunyang Road to Shagang. It is about 3.5 kilometers wide from east to west and covers an area of about 1 1.4 square kilometers. It is 3.6 ~ 4.2 meters above sea level, which is generally low in the west and high in the east. This is the distribution area of Shen-Gang belt. The area under the jurisdiction of Minhang District belonged to Shanghai County in history. According to the cultural relics unearthed from Maqiao ancient cultural site, the history of Shanghai County can be traced back to more than 4,000 years ago.
